Which wavelengths does the mask use?

Four: red light at 630nm, near-infrared at 850nm, amber at 605nm and blue at 460nm. Each mode runs on its own, matched to what your skin needs that evening.

How often should I use it?

Most people build a rhythm of 10–20 minute sessions a few evenings per week. The built-in timer and auto shut-off run the session for you. Consistency matters more than length.

Is it comfortable to wear?

The mask weighs about 130 g, sits on soft fabric and closes with velcro straps. No pressure on the nose or eyes, and eye protection is built in.

Is red light safe?

This is a low-intensity LED device designed for general wellness and cosmetic use, with a honeycomb heat shield and eye protection. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take photosensitizing medication, talk to your doctor first.
