Shipping Policy
Order processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery times. We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are counted from when your order ships, not when it is placed.
Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Tracking. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. If you have not received tracking within a few business days, email us at hello@theglod.com.
Delays. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help sort it out.
Incorrect address. Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
