Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your GLÖD. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 30 day return policy — you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, along with your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

How to start a return. Email us at hello@theglod.com with your order number. Once your return is approved we will send instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items. Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items. For health and hygiene reasons, scent oils cannot be returned once opened or unsealed. Gift cards and final sale items are also non-returnable.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return we will let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post it to your account.
