What do the four lights actually do?
Think of them as four moods. Glow (red, 630nm) is the everyday light — for skin that looks fresh, plump and rested. Deep (infrared, 850nm) is the one you feel as gentle warmth, for winding down. Calm (amber, 605nm) is the soft light for red or sensitive days. Clear (blue, 460nm) is the fresh light for oily zones and breakout-prone days. Pick one, ten minutes, done.
Why use The Serum before the light?
The Serum is the prep step. A few drops of the fragrance-free hyaluronic acid + arginine formula sink in fast and flood skin with moisture, so it looks plump and feels ready before you put the mask on — with nothing sitting between your skin and the light. Together, they are The Ritual.
How often should I use it?
Most people build a rhythm of 10–20 minute sessions a few evenings per week. The built-in timer and auto shut-off run the session for you. Consistency matters more than length.
Is it comfortable to wear?
The mask weighs about 130 g, sits on soft fabric and closes with velcro straps. No pressure on the nose or eyes, and eye protection is built in.
Is red light safe?
This is a low-intensity LED device designed for general wellness and cosmetic use, with a honeycomb heat shield and eye protection. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
